Big Cat Consulting, Inc is a solely owned company. Rebecca Ng has over 20 years of experience in project management in the Aviation and Rail and Transit Industry. She is a licensed Civil Engineer in the state of California, Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), DBIA designation from Design-Build Institute of America and Certified Member (CM) from American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE).
Rebecca has experience working on different project delivery methods including P3, progressive design build, design build, CM at Risk and design bid build. She also has extensive experience in third party coordination, highly knowledgeable in permit and inspection process.
